Prepare for a career in electronics manufacturing with a strong foundation in Electronics Board Assembly (EBA), enhanced with advanced training aligned to IPC/WHMA-A-620 Space Criteria. Electronics Manufacturing Assemblers build and assemble electronic components in production environments, following detailed schematics and quality standards to ensure precision and performance. This program expands beyond traditional assembly training by incorporating advanced workmanship criteria used in space, aerospace, and defense applications.

Program Overview & Certifications Earned
Our Accelerated Skills Training (AST) programs are designed to help students gain industry-recognized certifications and job-ready skills in a matter of weeks. This streamlined approach is ideal for individuals looking to quickly transition into a new field or advance their career in a short timeframe.
This program provides hands-on training in the assembly, inspection, and handling of electronic components and cable/wire harness systems used in high-reliability industries. Students will build core competencies in soldering, component identification, blueprint reading, and quality standards, while gaining extended experience applying enhanced workmanship criteria used in space, aerospace, and defense environments.
In addition to standard EBA training, students will complete over 100 hours of hands-on skill development focused on IPC/WHMA-A-620 Space Criteria requirements. This includes advanced techniques in stripping, crimping, soldering, splicing, routing, securing, and cleanliness requirements necessary for mission-critical applications where precision and reliability are essential.
Emphasis is placed on real-world performance, attention to detail, and adherence to industry standards, preparing graduates to meet the expectations of high-tech manufacturing employers.

- IPC/WHMA-A-620 Space Criteria Skills – Hands-On Skills Validation (No Certification Issued)
Enrollment Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age by the time of course completion
- Must read and speak conversational English
- Color vision test and manual dexterity test required
- For employment purposes – must pass a background check
- For employment purposes – must be a U.S. citizen (for defense-related companies)
