Course Description

This 40-hour course provides an overview of investigating human trafficking crimes for the officer and investigator with limited experience in this area. This course will provide a framework for initiating and conducting investigations of human trafficking offenses.(Salary Incentive or Mandatory Retraining) Contact: Brenda Townsend, btownsend@valenciacollege.edu.

Cost:    No cost for Region VII Agencies. Agencies outside of Region VII, $150.00 Per Student.
Equipment:    Note-taking materials.
Registration:    Contact your agency training department for registration.
Payment:    Non-Region VII Agencies - coordinate reciprocal payments in advance with the Criminal Justice Training Center in your service area.
Notes:    Note: All agencies within Orange County should be registered 30 days prior to the starting date of class. Registration will open for all agencies outside Orange County 30 days prior to the class start date.
